- One egg
- 70g flour
- 100ml milk
- Pinch of salt
- A knob of butter
Combine the dry ingredients, beat in the egg and then add the milk, constantly whisking. Melt the butter in a non stick pan, then pour into the pancake batter and mix again. Pour the batter into the big jug with the little chip out of the spout.
Over low heat on the largest burner, melt a little more butter and allow it to foam up, then pour in a little of the batter. The first pancake is for Mango, but pay attention to how much you use so you can adjust the amount you pour next time to get them perfect from the second crepe. Repeat.
